These terms cover this website, otiumtalent.com, run by Otium Talent Corp, a licensed Ontario temporary help agency based in Vaughan, ON. By using the site you accept them. Last updated September 2026.

This page is about the website, not about your job

Nothing here changes anyone's rights at work. If we employ you, your terms come from your assignment paperwork and from Ontario's Employment Standards Act, and neither we nor you can sign those rights away on a web page. If anything below ever appeared to conflict with the Act, the Act wins.

We never charge a worker. Not for anything.

Ontario law forbids a temporary help agency from charging you a fee for finding you work, assigning you, or trying to. We do not charge for registration, for training, for equipment, for a placement, or for a reference. We are paid by the businesses we supply, and never by you.

If anyone contacts you claiming to be from Otium Talent and asks for money, a gift card, a cryptocurrency payment or your banking details to "secure" a job, it is not us. Do not pay. Call us on 647-614-3757 and tell us, so we can warn other people.

Applying is not a job offer

Sending an application, or us calling you back, does not create employment. Work is offered assignment by assignment, and an assignment exists once we have confirmed it with you and you have accepted. Roles listed here may be filled or withdrawn at any time, including after you apply.

Everything you tell us needs to be true. Entitlement to work in Canada, certifications, licences and previous experience all get checked, and a placement made on information that turns out to be false can be ended.

If you contact us as an employer

An enquiry through this site is a request for a conversation, not a contract. Rates, terms and the scope of any assignment are agreed separately and in writing before anyone starts work. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and pay ranges shown against roles are indicative.

Using the site

Use it for what it is for: finding work, or finding staff. Do not use it to send anything unlawful, to submit an application on somebody else's behalf without their say-so, to scrape it, or to try to break into it. We may withdraw access from anyone doing those things.

Your information

What we collect and what we do with it is set out in full on our privacy page. Two things worth repeating here: we never ask for your Social Insurance Number on this website, and a client is never given it.

What is ours

The wording, design, photographs and code on this site belong to Otium Talent Corp. You are welcome to read it, print it and share a link to it. Republishing it as your own is not on.

Availability, and being wrong

We keep this site accurate and running, but we do not promise it will never be down or never contain a mistake. Job details, rates and availability change. If something here matters to a decision you are about to make, ring us and we will confirm it.

Liability

We are responsible for what we do. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website - for example lost profits or lost opportunity - and our liability for anything connected with the website is limited to what the law allows us to limit. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any obligation we owe as an employer.

Links to other places

Where we link to another organisation - a government page, a client, a map - we do not control what is there and are not answerable for it.

Which law applies

Ontario law, and the courts of Ontario.

Changes

We may update this page. The date at the top says when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after that means the updated version applies.
