What that means in practice is a shorter distance between a problem and the people who can fix it. If we cannot fill a shift, you hear it as soon as we know, not at the start of the shift. If a worker is not right for your site, we arrange a replacement. And every worker we send has had their entitlement to work in Canada verified and recorded before they arrive, because that check protects the worker and your site.

For the workers we employ and assign, we are the employer of record. Payroll, source deductions, WSIB premiums, T4s and Records of Employment sit with us. You approve the hours and receive one invoice, broken out by position and hour type so you can see exactly what you are paying for. People hired through permanent recruitment join your own payroll.

Employer of record for the workers we assign
For the workers we employ and assign, payroll, source deductions, WSIB premiums, T4s and Records of Employment sit with us, not with you. You approve hours and receive one invoice. Responsibilities are set out in the staffing agreement. People hired through permanent recruitment join your payroll instead.
Licensed and covered
Licensed Ontario temporary help agency. WSIB coverage and commercial liability insurance in place. We will confirm our licence details and send a current WSIB clearance certificate in writing whenever you ask.
Right to work, checked before shift one
Every worker's entitlement to work in Canada is verified and recorded before they set foot on a site. We collect documents after an offer rather than before, because immigration status is a protected ground under the Ontario Human Rights Code.
