Staffing that does not become your problem

Tell us the roles, the shift pattern and the start date. We come back with people who have been spoken to, whose entitlement to work is documented, and who know where they are going and when.

What we take off your desk

The work around the work.

On a temporary or contract assignment, for the workers we employ and assign to you:

  • Sourcing, screening and the phone calls that go with them.
  • Verifying and recording every worker's entitlement to work, and tracking the expiry dates so nothing lapses while they are on your site.
  • Payroll, source deductions, T4s and Records of Employment.
  • WSIB coverage, rated against the work being done in your industry.
  • Arranging a replacement if someone is not the right fit for your site.

What it costs

For temporary staff we quote an hourly bill rate per position. It covers the worker's wage, statutory employer costs, WSIB for the work being done, and our margin. No sign-up fee, no minimum, no charge for a shortlist.

We explain how your bill rate is calculated, line by line, before anyone starts.

How it works

From your call to their first shift.

  1. You call. The role, the shift, the site, the start date. Usually ten minutes, and you know on that call whether we can help.
  2. We shortlist. People we have spoken to, documents and certificates on file, matched to your shifts and travel distance.
  3. They start. Briefed on where to go, what to wear, what to bring and who to ask for.
  4. One invoice. Weekly, by position, with regular, overtime, night and holiday hours set out separately.

Common questions

What employers usually ask us.

Are you licensed?

Yes. Ontario requires temporary help agencies to be licensed, and we are. We will confirm the details in writing, with a current WSIB clearance certificate, whenever you ask.

Who is responsible if someone is hurt?

For the workers we employ and assign, we are the employer of record and carry WSIB coverage. As the business in control of the site, you keep your own health and safety duties, and we will go through them with you before day one.

What if someone does not show?

Call us as soon as you know. We will tell you straight away whether we can cover the shift that day.

Can we hire them permanently?

Yes. Conversion terms are agreed in writing before the placement begins, so there are no surprises when you are ready.
