On October 22, 2026, the WSIB said its average premium rate for 2027 will be $1.18 per $100 of insurable earnings, down from $1.23 in 2026.

The WSIB says more than 80 per cent of businesses will receive a rate cut. Individual 2027 premium rate statements will be available only through the WSIB website, starting in November.
